Terms & Conditions

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions prior to the commencement of any work.
  2. Focus Installations Ltd does not remove waste or provide skips. If the customer supplies a skip, we will dispose of waste within it.
  3. Focus Installations Ltd does not connect gutter downpipes to the main drainage system.
  4. The installation area must be completely clear of structures, obstacles, and general items. A clear and safe access route from the delivery area to the installation area must be available at all times.
  5. Where lighting or sun-shading is to be installed, a double electrical socket must be installed by a qualified electrical contractor prior to installation.
  6. Focus Installations Ltd is not responsible for any damaged or missing items that occur during the delivery process.
  7. 70% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work with 30% balance on completion.
  8. Any additional work must be requested in writing (via text message, email, or WhatsApp). All additional work is subject to a separate quotation and written acceptance by the customer.
  9. Any site visits requested prior to the commencement of works will be charged at £175.
  10. Focus Installations Ltd cannot be held responsible for faulty or defective materials supplied.
  11. All silicone sealants are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of installation.
  12. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required items and materials are present on site prior to the commencement of work. Any return visit required due to missing items will be charged at £175.
  13. Focus Installations Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage to tiles, slabs, or any other landscaping materials during the installation process.
  14. Focus Installations Ltd does not reinstate or repair any landscaping materials following installation.
